ACCREDITED COACHES
Despite the rise in popularity of coaching, it remains an unregulated industry and many coaches have no qualifications and no training. Others might have taken part in a weekend course and given themself the title. We believe it is important to be fully trained and qualified.
We ensure that ALL of our coaches are accredited. This gives you the peace of mind to know that you are working with the best. Their commitment to accreditation means that our coaches subscribe to a code of ethics; carry out continuous personal development; and have regular supervision.

We achieve this by collaborating with experts who bring in different points of view to our own. Outside the day job:
Claire is a Mum of four children so can usually be found in a car taking one of them somewhere! When she isn't doing that she loves to entertain, put her feet up with a book and a glass of wine, or just put her feet up!
Chico Chakravorty is the founder of Doing Diversity Differently. Chico brings with him knowledge of industry best practice from a range of sectors. He is a passionate advocate for D&I in the workplace.

Outside the day job:
Chico is a keen violinist and plays with different chamber groups and orchestras. He chairs the board of trustees for a South Asian Dance Company, as well as a professional orchestra, and spends his remaining free time volunteering and advocating for numerous charities.
Stephanie Wheeler is a leadership and team coach. She is also a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and writer. Formerly a solicitor, she has an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. She is passionate about innovative and imaginative ways of facilitating conversations.

Outside the day job:
Stephanie savours being in nature whether alone or with family, friends, and her dog, Poppy. As she’s been working on writing a book alongside work and family over the last 18 months, a good film, book, or time to relax always goes down well!

In his spare time, Oliver enjoys being with his growing family and walking his Hungarian Vizsla, Luther. He loves sport, and in particular cricket and cycling, and has (what he describes as) an irrational commitment to Tottenham Hotspur football club!
Martin is a certified executive coach with a corporate career spanning +20 years in senior
commercial leadership roles across global and local business environments for companies

Steve actively follows Premiership Rugby as a Wasps season ticket holder and is keen to return to the ski slopes soon. He is a very amateur but engaged gardener, proud of the greengage chutney and jams that he cultivated this year. Just don’t mention the rhubarb!
Teresa Leyman is a Master-level transformational coach and coach supervisor with over 25 years’ experience within hi-tech, media, charity and wellbeing industry working with teams as a senior servant leader and change agent.
With a unique background in systems analysis, technology, agile, senior leadership, organisational psychology, project management and coaching, Teresa is experienced with all levels of leadership, individuals, and teams within global organisations to create multimillion pound strategic, structural, and cultural change.

Susan Rose is the founder of Rose + Bloom Coaching and an experienced coach, facilitator, educator, and researcher. She brings knowledge and experience in female leadership and business management from a career in industry and business education at Henley Business School. Susan is Chair of the Board of a Surrey-based domestic abuse charity providing board leadership and management support and advice. For R&R she enjoys yoga, long country walks, and travel, particularly to Spain where she attempts to learn the language. She is Mumma bear to two now adult children.
Callum is a behaviour change consultant, coach and facilitator. He has been providing motivating and inspiring experiential learning for over 20 years. His unique approach marries his training as an actor, knowledge of psychology and coaching credentials.

Callum very much enjoys the quiet time of walks with his dog. He uses his love of vegetarian cooking to use that focus for his mindfulness practice. He also loves losing himself in the theatre world, seeing as many plays and musicals as he can fit in time for. Callum's also just started his second Masters degree (Psychology). So, for many of his evenings, he can be found reading, writing, and researching.

Anna has spent the last 20 years working in and with professional services firms. She was part of Deloitte’s public sector marketing team before spending almost five years at BDO where she was latterly responsible for the firm’s ‘Exceptional Client Service’ agenda which included client listening. For the last five years, Anna has worked on a consultancy basis focussing on client listening, working with professional services firms across the UK and internationally.
