Much of our work as coaches involves supporting professionals as they develop the skills needed to progress. This is true of managers or senior associates looking to "step-up" or of partners who want to lead differently. However, we don't stop there...
All of our training delivers experiential learning to help drive behaviour change. When working with professionals and thinking about how they can become leaders in their firms, we often turn to the skills we have as coaches. Coaching is grounded in the belief that the answer to most things lies with the individual themselves. We provide the challenge to help individuals find it.
We have teamed up with Coaching On the Go to help professionals understand what they do well, what they can improve on, and crucially, how their environment might be getting in the way. In addition, we provide coaching programmes to help leaders develop their Emotional Intelligence, reflect on what leadership means to them, and to help them build the human-skills needed to become courageous leaders.

Our coaching programmes start with what you would like to be different as a result of participants having worked with us. They comprise the key components of self-awareness, emotional intelligence and an understanding of the key human skills that need to be developed.

Coaching focuses on behavioural change. Working with your leaders we can create a space where they can explore who they are, as well as who they want and need to be. Often we are caught in traps of our own making. Coaching gives us the freedom to experiment, and in turn drives change.

Confidence is faith in our abilities to do something. Both men and women can struggle with imposter syndrome, fear of not being good enough, and negative self-talk. Most training courses overlook this! Coaching enables us to be aware of our inner diaglogue - and control it!

Client Talk delivers a range of learning journeys which aim to give professionals the skills that they don't learn in University, or in their professional training. We focus on influence, trust, empathy and the other human (or soft) skills needed to succeed in today's changing world.
Each firm, and each cohort within a firm, has different requirements. We work with firms to find a solution that fits, whether that is a 1:1 approach, a bespoke offering, or something that is more "ready-to-go".
