Lawyer's Coach is a series of podcasts that aims to find out what makes lawyers tick. Claire Rason and Oliver Hansard are both coaches, they are also both former city lawyers. They harness their unique skill sets to interview a range of private practice and in-house counsel to explore what success means and looks like.

 

The series challenges lawyers to think differently and be inspired by the journeys and stories of their peers.  Claire and Oliver reflect at the end of each episode on what clients said - often thinking about themes that come up when they are coaching lawyers.
