MASTERCLASS: BUILDING PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY IN YOUR TEAM

In the words of Amy Edmondson, psychological safety is where there is an absence of interpersonal fear.. It is where people are able to speak up.

In this workshop we think about what psychological safety is, what the signs are that it might be present - or absent - and how to build a space where teams can flourish.

We will draw on coaching tools and techniques to work with your team:

MASTERCLASS: WHAT'S THE COLOUR OF YOUR TEAM?

Central to much of our work is self-awareness. Increased self-awareness is understood to enable other soft skills, build emotional intelligence and is a key foundation for our work with individuals and teams.

In this workshop we give you an introduction into C-Me Colour Profiling. C-Me provides insights into behavioural preferences. People find it easier to relate to the idea of adapting behaviours than personality traits, which is one of the reasons this is our preferred tool.

Cognitive diversity is an important ingredient for success in professional services firms. Diverse thinking helps us to challenge what ‘good’ looks like. By challenging the ‘way it’s always been’ and inviting differing perspectives we make our teams stronger.

Our Diversity & Inclusion Masterclasses are facilitated by either Claire Rason or Chico Chakravorty.

Claire is an accredited coach and experienced client listening consultant and founded Client Talk after working in, or alongside, professional services firms for over 20 years. Claire is passionate about bringing the power of active listening and diverse thinking to professional services firms.

Chico is the founder of Doing Diversity Differently. Chico brings with him knowledge of industry best practice from a range of sectors. He is a passionate advocate for D&I in the workplace.
