MASTERCLASS: SUPERCHARGE YOUR CLIENT LISTENING (PART ONE AND PART TWO)

The majority of professional services firms have client feedback programmes in place. Some have developed these programmes to strengthen their key client relationships, others use them to shape strategy. 

Regardless of the objective, at the heart of each programme are conversations with clients. However, how often do we stop to think about the foundations of our client listening programmes? 

 

In these masterclasses, former lawyer, business development professional, and accredited coach, Claire Rason will look at the following: 
 

  • Part 1: How understanding the art of active listening can enhance client feedback programmes 

  • Part 1: Top tips for conducting client interviews 

  • Part 2: The psychology of feedback and how to avoid the mental shortcuts that get in the way of listening and actioning what is heard

These masterclasses are aimed at any professional who is involved in conducting client interviews. 

MASTERCLASS: A FOCUS ON THE QUALITATIVE

Client feedback programmes form the backbone of most professional services firms strategic planning. The rationale for gathering and analysing feedback needs little by way of introduction and is well understood. 

However, once we have good quality qualitative data, we often struggle to know what to do with it. It isn’t as easy to analyse as the quantitative stuff so often plays a less strategic role. We look at how this feedback can be used not only to deepen client relationships, but to develop strategy as well. 

MASTERCLASS: LISTEN WITH TING

We spend the majority of our time communicating listening. We often do so without much thought or understanding about the way we listen.  
 

In this masterclass we explore the meaning behind the ancient Chinese character for listen – ting. With it, we discover that there is more to listening than we often appreciate and go on a journey to find out how we can listen with ting.

TRANSPARENT PRICING

Stand-alone masterclasses cost £1,250 + VAT for up to 10 people (£60 + VAT pp for additional participants, up to a maximum of 20).  

ETERNALLY FLEXIBLE

Perhaps virtual doesn't work for you? Or you need a slightly different focus that our off-the-shelf offerings. Not a problem! All our masterclasses can be delivered in person and/or adapted to reflect your firm’s goals and strategy. Prices for in-person and bespoke offerings are available on request.
